Lexar recently introduced the Professional 3600x CFast 2.0 cards 256 GB which are optimized for best performance in ARRI cameras. The cards was successfully passed ARRI qualification testing for ALEXA Mini and AMIRA and are supported in these cameras with SUP 3.0 including upcoming OPEN GATE ARRIRAW mode in ALEXA Mini.
  
The Lexar 3600x 256 GB card will be offered in addition to the SanDisk 128GB card.

  • Lexar 3600x CFast 2.0 cards can be used for all recording modes of the ALEXA Mini, including the upcoming Open Gate ARRIRAW.
  • SanDisk cards can be used for all recording modes, except for Open Gate ARRIRAW.

  • Lexar offers different CFast 2.0 card series: Lexar Professional 3400x, 3500x and 3600x CFast 2.0.
    Only the 3600x CFast 2.0 cards are supported by ARRI cameras.
    • Support in ALEXA MINI requires SUP 3.0 or later.
    • Support in AMIRA requires SUP 3.0 or later.
    • Support in ALEXA XT is planned for the next software update.
    • Support in ALEXA SXT is planned for the next software update.
